Beginner’s Yoga: The Saturday class is part of our 6-week Beginner Yoga Series that takes place regularly throughout the year. In the gaps between each series, this class is open to any member that would like a back-to-basics session. (booking required)
Source Yoga: This Vinyasa-based class emphasizes mindfulness and transformation within the practice. Using asanas (postures) to connect to breath and connect to self, these classes often use a theme such as gratitude or compassion to deepen our experience of Yoga.
Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa means ‘with breath’, and this practice allows students to connect movements to a conscious inhale and exhale. Based around the Salute to the Sun, students move seamlessly through a series of postures. Students are encouraged to tune in to their own bodies and practice, and as such this class welcomes practitioners of all levels.
Vinyasa Hot Flow: This Vinyasa Flow class is taken into the studio heated to 30 degrees.
Yin Flow: This Vinyasa Flow class draws on sequences focusing on Yin energy. This class brings into balance the feminine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) energies that we live in our daily lives and offers a balance to the more Yang-based classes.
Gentle Yoga: This Vinyasa-based class seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation while using props. Some of the poses are held for a longer time in order to release and to deepen the practice. While some of the poses are beneficial to the entire body, others target specific parts of the body, such as the heart or the lungs.
