Mindful Monday Review

Last week Bryan led an absolutely stunning session where the eight of us explored how to transform our highest desire into something soothing, something that gives us comfort, rather than something that could potentially leave us unsatisfied. With some fascinating clips shown in crisp detail by the projector our attention was led to the vastness and intricacies of this universe. Did you know there are more stars in the sky than there are grains of sand on all the beaches AND all the deserts on earth? My mind screamed NO! That can’t be true! As Bryan crunched the numbers about how many galaxies there are my brain actually refused to believe it. Shut up! You’re hurting me with your 500 million galaxies… But Bryan was merciless and eventually we all accepted that we were universal beings having human experiences and calmed down some with AUM’s and meditation.
This week, the 20th, Jahnu leads the session as he is off next week to help his 90 year old mother recover from knee surgery. The topic is Oneness – The Truth or Just another Conspiracy Theory? All are encouraged to find their authentic voice, or any voice that’s handy, and let loose with what they really feel is going on with philosophy versus the real world.

Thanks Janhu for the review, however to melt your Brain a little more….The 100 -400 Billion Stars in the milky way and 100 Billion to as much as 500 Billion Galaxies in the universe.

The point of the session was exploring the greater design and a few different perspectives from fractals and the Mandelbrot set, Fibonacci sequence, to Quantum Physics just to demonstrate the magnitude of the perfection in the design. Extrapolating that magic into seeing the perfection in our lives if we know where to look i.e. synchronicity “Synchronicity exists for those who have the eyes to see it ” Carl Jung
